Bojana Živković

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, where I gained a solid foundation in legal theory. I started my professional career in court, as an intern and a judge's assistant, which enabled me to become familiar with court procedures, the work of judicial authorities and the way of deciding complex legal cases.

I have been actively practicing law since 2011. Through more than a decade of work, I have developed a high level of expertise in the field of labor law. I equally represent both employees and employers, providing them with legal certainty and precise solutions in situations that require reliable and efficient legal support.

I regularly attend professional seminars, educations and conferences in the field of labor law, thereby continuously improving my knowledge and following all changes in regulations and contemporary practice. I have excellent knowledge of all areas controlled by the Labor Inspectorate and provide comprehensive legal compliance services.

I specialize in drafting employment contracts, regulations, internal acts and all labor law documentation, with an individual approach to each client and a complete commitment to finding the best solution.
